Understand Google Quality Score and Most common mistakes |Google Ads|
- Understanding how does Google AdWords rank ads
- Knowing some of the most common mistakes that make ads lose quality score
Description:
Google
has many people competing for the same keywords. It is in favor of Google to
display the ad that can bring in the most clicks. Thus, google uses a ranking
mechanism that rates the quality of an ad called AdRank. Higher the ad rank,
the more chances that your ad will be displayed at a lower price. The quality
score depends on 1) how relevant your ad is to the keywords 2) How relevant the
landing page (webpage where the click leads to) is to the keyword 3) How your
past ads have performed 4) what is the expected click rate of the ad. Biggest
mistakes people make that make them lose quality points are just simply making
a bad ad and also not setting the keyword matching specifications properly.
